1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Leonards Homes Datacenter services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Leonards Homes website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Accommodation Terms

• All accommodation is subject to availability
• Rent must be paid in advance according to the agreed payment schedule
• Residents must abide by hostel rules and regulations
• Damages to property will be charged to the resident
• Notice period of 30 days is required before vacating

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due as specified in the accommodation agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled with a full refund if done within 7 days of booking. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.

6. Limitation of Liability

Leonards Homes shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services or facilities beyond the scope of our control.
